DLa #022 After the unofficial dissolution of DLa in April of 2004, plans to venture officially into business fell apart. By this time, over five months had passed and the Halloween season was quickly approaching. Determined to resuscitate DLa, the original Eastside posse regathered and rushed to throw down another issue of Dead Letter Art in time for a spooky Halloween release. Busy with layout and other organizational tasks, Perishable spit out a severely limited offering, consisting mainly of ancient artwork from way back in the day. Nimbus, however, salvaged the issue with primarily fresh chunks, with several moist nuggets receiving the ultra-concentrated presentational treatment. Bleeding Heart also shared some prime turds, blasts from the past coupled with the incredibly bizarre comic series, Goya's Monsters.
Although this particular issue of DLa leaves much to be desired, Nimbus' excellent work is definitely worth checking out:
Other issue highlights include a choice werdz page collab, as well as unique gallery presentations from both Bleeding Heart and Perishable.
