Although I have no problems with Ind2, I will gladly install Ind1 and use that until other possibilities emerge. It shouldn’t matter which version of photoshop is used (in general), however. What was the final verdict on the distillation and subsequent printing of the various pdf files? I know that Thane encountered few (if any) difficulties with the printing of issue HM. I believe the solution to avoiding Kinko troubles rests in the creation of PDF’s via straight export (as opposed to via postscript format). But, were there any Ind1 trix that threatened printing capacity thru such exportative methodology?

What Thanimal said. I like the idea of individual artists being responsible for posting their own zine content, but I also think the PDF archive should offer a fully (as fully as possible, anyway) comprehensive DLa selection. Yes? Too yes? My vision for a crystallized (as opposed to fluid or dynamic) website is similar to Money’s and involves a tuf splash/intro page which links to (the four a’s):
So I suppose the only thing I would argue against would be the Cheeze Shots of us with obligatory Bioz right there on the front page. I think that might be a bit much — perhaps we could do up something tuf for the Mugshotz and include it in the more relevant "About" section? Otherwize, I think Thanus is right on target. Less emphasis on DLa, more emphasis on Individuality (we wouldn’t want to give DLa a bad name, now would we?).
Will definitely discuss next meeting (Thursday, June 20th, 8pm, Kenz Kazzle).
