To whom it may concern:

This is my THIRD attempt at getting a response from your business. On February 28th, 2001, I sent the email attached below to support@xoasis.com (the first, original, attempt at email correspondence happened so long ago that i cannot remember or find the mail date). Today is March 10th, 2001, and I have yet to hear anything from either of my email attempts. As a client of your business, I was hoping to receive help with the account I have with xoasis. As the executive of a new business, it is
crucial that the companies I associate with prove competent in matters of business. This includes responding (in a timely fashion) to an email request for information. Perhaps I have made a mistake in deciding to do business with xoasis.com.
