DLa Premier Issue [ January 2001 ]

DLa #001 Welcome to the very first issue of the esoteric, underground art zine, Dead Letter Art. Prior to this issue, the DLa collective was busy working with F-Disk Media while learning the fascinating and challenging world of digital desktop publishing. DLa number one is the collective’s first stab at "serious" zine publishing. Employing the experience gained during the production of the F-Disk trilogy, DLa took their vision to the next level and embarked on a new creative journey. The first issue of DLa features a wrap-around, mixed-media cover by Osseus, a mysterious Tarot card by Perishable, and a long-awaited public introduction to The Galactic Rover. Additionally, the premier issue of Dead Letter Art features exclusive artwork by the original crew: Bleeding Heart, Freakish Carnival Utopia, Nimbus, Osseus, Perishable, Sui Lan, and ThaneC. You know, if you happen to be one of the very few people who still possess an original, first-print copy of DLa 1, well… congratulations.
