_place ‘wwwdla’ dir into ’2004web’ dir
_also place all used web content, button files, etc…
_double check everything
_complete notes
_final backup
_burn cd backup for website
_delete leftovers

_download dla website for backup

_organize files / prepare for dla issue
_backup slave content
_slave maintenance

(deadletterart directory is hidden?
check out dlamembers maxftp and go up one dir..)
