News from Sunday, August 31, 2003 @ 11:30 AMartists4 = new Array("pdf archiv","issues.html","electrik luv",16,24,144);
artists4_1 = new Array("vol. 01 - dla no.1!!","PDF/dla1_web.pdf","screen rez",0,24,220);
#’s in the above arrays are = to:
first line: 16 = number of items in dropdown ’4′ 24 = height of main tab ’4′ 144 = length of main tab ’4′
2nd line: 0 = # of sub-dropdowns 24 = height of dropdown ’4_1′ 220 = length of dropdown ’4_1′
i believe the height can be changed for each dropdown tab separately. the length of the first tab sets the length of the rest of the dropdowns in the same menu though (ie- in the above example, the tabs would all be 220 long even if you put in a different length for any tab below ’4_1′)

check out these stats i gathered after downloading the entire deadletter website via FTP:
Total File Size (for OLD website): 138 MB thin
Total File Number (arr fire): 1,329 fires
Amazing (.) (!) (?) (…)
Therefore, and to start frish (again),
.it has been some time, and will take some time to think in terms of internet presentation/dynamics etc., and then apply our perspective today toward the conceptualization/design/presentation of a new site… so, i was thinking, a streamlined site (with only a few select images) is ultra-highly-critically dependent on the images we choose (obviously? obtusely?). and we have A TON of images we could throw down. thus, i see great use in thinking about which images we should use:
DLa turdz? which ones? from different categories? sup. or, plain old tuff images and chunks not necessarily from issues, but just tuff sh*t to pimp it out — we MUST pick the tyghtest motherf*cking turdz we can find…
.then shave em down, pimp em sweet, and serve em hott…

do you have a count on how many out of the 1329 are image files? probably about 80%? we CAN still rotate out/around a lot of images too. do you have any ideas for the presentation of fresh turds?
how often to frush them? etx.?

rotation is good –
presentation via smart design, easy to interface,
and frush often…
