like i said – your new pages ARE sweet! every little detail. i already told you my two complaints: 1. the background makes the text hard to read. i will change that.., and 2. the download time. ..and work on that (eventually).. i KNOW you spent a lot of time on them, and part of that is getting used to flash too. i appreciate your zeal in finishing them and busting ass..

before this chapter closes forever –
i have some issues about flash as a "standard" – you dont care to hear them later, and i am sure you dont care to hear them now. your flash pages do not directly come up against any of my "issues". your pages are fine, i would urge you to re-publish them at a smaller size yes, soon enuf, but for now they are great. at some point in the future, we will all fall out of love - ahem - with our work on-line and tweak it, change it, recreate it — my gallery is the next prize-winner, personally.

my other point would be your attitude about the "f*ck off and die" business – yes – i think the web work is art too. but i think all of the main site pages should be subject to group approval, and the personal take on web art should take a
back seat. i think the main site should have some kind of unity and continuity, although a few surprises make it fun. this was the WHOLE POINT. and I completely disagree with you. but, rather than waste more time typing, i will discuss it with you later, and in person… but if we all did pages for the site without considering each others opinions or
altering any of the content based on criticisms, i think it would be too chaotic. i have always, and sometimes bitterly or reluctantly, changed my site content to suit the majority – but as far as my gallery, wtf? i will do whatever i want.

to end: i am totally fine with what is on the site right now. everything we do is a learning process with our art, and DLa – this is no gaurantee that we won’t butt headz in the future [as can be told from a almost two years of layout].. but like
you said, we should at least know where each of us is coming from. will discuss later — hopefully before the meeting..
