News from Sunday, July 28, 2002 @ 1:37 PM[Perishable], what do you like to go on the internet for? i’m sure that there are a lot of places there for you that others could be enlightened to experience. well, from me, there may be a few places i like to go to that you may enjoy checking out as well. before, i had msn.com as my default site to log into whenever i go online in which i can access certain areas of the big web for various tid-bits of information or inspireEEE glee. now i have the e-sweetASS-e deadletterart.com as my default. i just go on-line and it is there in my face (unless it is down for work in progress). that’s enough, but is it? the dla site is a community center for all in the digital rhelm but is mainly designed as a place for us dlaians to ramble about in and to find new works and such. how about adding alternate sites; ones we all like to go to on our own but would like to share with others. for example, i like to access certain radio stations from time to time to get a jist of some good ’ol fashioned tunes – or new. or how about a weather station link to a certain area of the world? or, even, a nice porn site you can go to and get all waxed out with — but we won’t talk about that. it could all be there, in a click of a button, right from our very own deadletterart.com. we could make it a world! bang!!! the world! [Perishable], what or where do you like to go to on the big ’ol net? how about a roger waters link? or, even, a nice dead-can-dance or god flesh site? i’m thinking you may have a few thousand places you would like to go to for yourself…and that could be of use for us all as well, if we had a hankering to open up enough to another persons place of space. this is just an idea i thought i would throw out at ya in order to stir the beans. churn it out with the fellas and see what could be had. or not.

definitely a must-do. actually, i started such a page many moons ago, but it never took off (its at the perish page — the "go elsewhere" link. but i think we should do hit right — kill style. go ahead and pitch the idea (via spam email) to everyone in DLa (if you need any addresses, let me know). nothing fancy, just tell them basically what you told me. and tell them to send you any sweet-ass links. in fact, because we have a few apathetic types in our camp, TELL THEM THAT THEY MUST CONTRIBUTE AT LEAST THREE OF THEIR FAVORITE LINKS BY SUCH-N-SUCH A DATE. then, just cut and paste them all into an email, send them to me, and I will kold Flash them into existence! if you have any prefs on where these links should be within the DLa website, include them in the email too. E-sweet-E!
