the deal:
Osseus is working on pages x and x2 <?> over in moses lake, the greasy cover painting, and SuiLan is doing the tarot.
Perishable is doing pages y and y2 and dna pairing those with the rest. also doing z pages of crunch, at least one fony ad, and poopsibly working out some other fine turds. Nimbus is doing his usual. this will be formatted into a gallery with commentary.
i am doing pages 1 and 4 of the comic, two pages of rover, and trying to work out another possibility for content. also doing layout and TOC.
issue is looking fine and tight. plan is to push its cheeks together with the standard two staples to secure the load.
[Osseus] – when you get back let me and [Perish.] know so we can plan on getting stuff more organized, we will probably meet once while you are gone but the bulk will wait until you are back. if you can scan and email finished work or roughs while away that would be cool too.

here is a sample of page four: first panel before and after. (more like after the after of first before – cuz i already mod’d the helmet size).. if anybody has any suggestions for smoothing page transitions stylisticly, let me know — i know ken said he was leaving some panels “sketchy” and some shaded in..
anyhow, later gentry.
jeff – give me a line about plans for thursday.. i’ve not heard from ron yet, and if he doesnt show by then, i say we just hang out someplace [my pad is fine] and do some art (like our panels for the 2 fill-ins in the comic, or whatever..)

Aye Capitan,
I have been werking diligently on my turds…getting them plump n’ juicy for the big throwdown. Despite my efforts, however, I will most likely need thursday time for full-product completion.
The chunks you sent look crisp and meaty — I had not considered spending that much time on my pages, but I will do what I ken…
As far as the mysterious Weechy One, I have not heard a peep from him either. I assume he is hiding out somewhere on base and waiting for just the right day to shine. I remain confident that we will see him (and his family) before he leaves, but I doubt that he will contact us before tomorrow evening. So let’s just meet at yer pad and kick it down tuf traditionar styre (unless things change…).

well well well. here we are on line… hope you are all making some art progress. ken – palmen is slow in getting art done this time but may send some older stuff.. could you pay him an inspirational visit or something? [how were things with ron?]
plans are as follows:
::total:: approx.8pgs (plus 2 bugcomic) + TOC and Words.
if you dont want me to take over – better do y’art. shmarht. old fart.
