i will be getting a ride from [perish.] thurs. so i will see you at 8pm then. what kind of content were you thinking of for this issue?
i dont think the last meeting was all that productive, and maybe it is my setup here that does not lend itself to a business-like atmosphere.. but i was talking to [perish.] about having an agenda written out of the past couple meetings so that we have topics to discuss – i will print something up like this with poss. prioritized order. .. but if you can think of something that has been needing to get done but is getting skipped over at the meetings, please make a note of it.
also, in order to get more accomplished and tap into each others skills at a higher level – i propose that we meet in groups of two. [perish.] wants to have more than four meetings a month as well, so i propose the following:
*meetings once a week to discuss production of zine and general dla business (this is our standard meeting, all members present.)
*addt’l meeting once per week of two core group members (ie- every tuesday in alternating groups starting as [perish.]/[88teeth], [88teeth]/[Osseus], [Osseus]/[perish.], etc.. repeating so that each person has every third week off.)
discussion or whatever for the isolated working sessions might include working meetings for web design and layout, less critical issues of business, or just drawing sessions..

Meetings twice a week….hmmm…. convenient for you since you have two days off, but… well, I may be able to push it. Let me ponder for a day or two.
I like the idea of having things written down that need to be addressed. Make me get organized and all. Content for this issue will be mostly visual I think. Not much in the line of words. Is that what you are wondering? May want my pages facing, not positive on this yet though.
Thanks for checking on the paper thing. It just hit me too when I was thinking what I could do with that paper, then I thought….wait a sec. it was all letter size…???
Oh, I messed around with [perish.]’s idea of the logo that incorporated all the letters into one. I liked the idea, but thought the symbol was a little simple, so I created that which is attatched. Take a look and maybe give some feedback at the next meeting. Add or subtract what you will, it is just a suggestion. Maybe it will give you guys some more ideas.
Web site coming along, History section just got big. Hopefully will have it done enough to post it during our next meeting after you guys proof it.
